This scenery aims to be a contemporary review of the classical opera stage design. Avoiding reproductions, light and shadows are used to recreate the atmosphere described by the author, and locations are referred by abstract elements to allow the audience its own interpretation. Besides decoration and materials are minimized looking for economy, using only fabric and wood for its construction. Laser cut and hand made models were used to reproduce the resulting space and lighting in the design process.
